Hello....The last thing that would have entered my mind as a young person would have been that I would one day be an art teacher! But that is what happens when Jesus is your Savior and the Lord of your life--He takes you in directions you would not have thought about going in. Although I have an El. Ed. Degree, I am mostly a self-taught art teacher and artist. I have been teaching art at Morning Son since 1994. I think the students are what make teaching art the most fun; and about them, I always say what I also believe, “The kids make me look good!" I am an avid dog lover, collector of all things zebra, and nowadays enjoy collecting miniature accessories for my doll collection, rather than the dolls themselves, so that they have as much junk in their rooms as I have in mine.
